Guardian SOS is intended to be used as a personal safety companion. However, it should not be relied upon as the sole method for contacting emergency services. You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

Guardian SOS is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted, error-free, or that emergency alerts will be successfully delivered to your contacts. By using the App, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur while using the service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and contacts.
- Ensuring the App has the necessary permissions (Location, SMS, Camera, Microphone) to function during an emergency.
- Ensuring your device has adequate battery life and cellular connection.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
